Refund policy

At London Boom, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be able to return your order in accordance with the policy below and your UK consumer rights.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item should be returned with its original packaging where possible.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.

4. Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you have simply changed your mind, return postage may be your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will handle the return in accordance with your applicable UK consumer rights.
